Bitumen 60-70
Road bitumens are classified based on the results of penetration degree and soft spot tests. The classification is based only on the penetration range, for example, bitumen 60-70 has a penetration degree between 70 and 60 and a softening point between 48 and 52 oC. The main part of penetrating bitumens 60-70 bitumen which is used in road construction.
